Pricing of Custom Software

Pricing of custom software is determined on a project by project basis. Small projects are affordable as they are easy to scope and implement. Larger projects can often be implemented in manageable units so that early benefits can be obtained from the initial high priority stages without expending funds for the whole project.

When we meet we will determine what skills and special requirements are needed to complete your project. Our contract price will be based on how many hours are needed to complete this work. As every project is different it is not possible to supply a price until we have met with you. The best course is for you to contact us for a no obligation meeting.

To give some very general indications please refer to the list below. Prices are in New Zealand dollars.

Small business software development $5,000 - $12,000
Medium business software development $8,000 - $25,000

Payment Plan
Our standard payment policy is as follows

40% deposit with order at contract agreement
40% progress payment when the initial system is supplied
20% final payment when the final version is supplied.
Progress payments are negotiable.
